Ezy Access Storage

THE CLIENT

Ezy Access Storage is a large, secure and modern self-storage centre in Toowoomba. They provide 24/7 access for customers, and offer storage solutions for residential and commercial needs. They also stock moving boxes and packing supplies. Search Factory has worked with Ezy Access across both AdWords and SEO.

THE OBJECTIVES

After previously running their own campaigns, Ezy Access Storage engaged us in September 2017. Their main objectives for us were:

• Increase conversions (phone callsand online enquiries)

Reduce CPA

THE STRATEGY

Our first step was to refine their campaign’s match-type keyword targeting. They were initially using a Broad keywords, and we refined this by using a Broad Match Modified and Exact Match keyword targeting. This enabled us to generate higher-quality traffic to the site (i.e. readers who were more likely to convert).

We also created 2 location-based campaigns:

• A geo-targeted campaign with a 10km radius around their Toowoomba storage facility

A location intent campaign to target users who were searching for storage in the area, from locations outside of Toowoomba.

THE RESULTS

By improving the targeting and increasing qualified traffic, we significantly increased conversions while also reducing the CPA. After our first month of activity:

• Conversions had increased by 566%
• CPA had decreased by 89%.
